International Collection is produced by AarhusKarlshamn and they have achieved steady growth in export markets over the last few years, but it was it's recent achievements that really brought it to the attention of the judging panel.

One of the judges, FFB's Simon Waring said, "AarhusKarlshamn has successfully conquered the US market and shown immense staying power in the face of stiff competition. It has experienced a very impressive growth in its export business with overseas sales now accounting for over one third of its total business. International Collection joins forces with the MED Mark program!

The Mediterranean Food Alliance (MFA) is a coalition of health professionals, scientists, chefs and food companies who have joined together to educate consumers about healthy, traditional Mediterranean food, drinks and products.

The Med Mark is a postage-stamp sized symbol portraying an image of an amphora (a traditional Mediterranean pottery jug). This symbol is designed to help shoppers quickly identify healthy foods, drinks and products that support the Mediterranean diet.
