Banana, Oat and Honey Smoothie

A delicious smoothie made with ripe bananas, honey and oats for extra goodness.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 bananas
  • 10 fl oz natural yogurt
  • 10 fl oz milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp International Collection Flaxseed Oil

Method

  1. Place oats, bananas, yogurt, milk, lemon juice, honey and International Collection Flaxseed Oil into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour over ice cubes and serve in a tall glass.
