Blueberry & Raspberry Smoothie

A very berry smoothie incorporating pears and greek yogurt for extra body.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz blueberries
  • 5 oz raspberries
  • 1 pear, cored
  • 5 tbsp
  • Greek style yogurt
  • 10fl oz semi skimmed milk or soy milk.
  • 6 ice cubes.
  • 2 tbsp International Collection Flaxseed Oil

Method

Place blueberries, raspberries, pear, yogurt, milk or soya milk, ice cubes and International Collection Flaxseed Oil into the blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
