Safflower Oil
Safflower Oil is wonderfully light in both color and taste and is widely used where a neutral flavor is required.
The most commercially grown material is grown in the USA, where the Safflower Oil is solvent extracted from the seeds and refined to produce a fine delicate oil.
It is particularly suited to shallow frying but can also be used in salad dressings, for basting & roasting.
How to enjoy
- Combine with Lemon Oil, herbs and Champagne Wine vinegar for a tasty dressing.
- Brush over the skin of a chicken before roasting to make it deliciously crispy.
- Apply when barbecuing meat.
- Add to fondue for extra flavor.
