The most commercially grown material is grown in the USA, where the Safflower Oil is solvent extracted from the seeds and refined to produce a fine delicate oil.

It is particularly suited to shallow frying but can also be used in salad dressings, for basting & roasting.

How to enjoy

  • Combine with Lemon Oil, herbs and Champagne Wine vinegar for a tasty dressing.
  • Brush over the skin of a chicken before roasting to make it deliciously crispy.
  • Apply when barbecuing meat.
  • Add to fondue for extra flavor.
  • Use to make homemade sauces such as mayonnaise.
