Banana, Oat and Honey Smoothie
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 bananas
- 10 fl oz natural yogurt
- 10 fl oz milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp honey
- 6 ice cubes
- 2 tsp International Collection Flaxseed Oil
Method
Place oats, bananas, yogurt, milk, lemon juice, honey and International Collection Flaxseed Oil into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice cubes and serve in a tall glass.
