Chicken and Spicy Sesame Seed Balls
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp International Collection Fiery Toasted Sesame Oil
- 7oz chicken breast
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 inch piece of root ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 large egg white
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1oz pistachio nuts, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method

Put the chicken, garlic, egg white, grated ginger and cornflour in a food processor and blend to a smooth paste.

Stir in the pistachio nuts and season with salt and pepper.

Roll into balls and coat with sesame seeds.

Heat the wok and add the International Collection Fiery Toasted Sesame Oil.

Stir-fry chicken balls until golden.

Serve with salad.
