Chicken topped with Sweet Red Pepper
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp International Collection Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 x Jar of International Collection Sweet Red Pepper Tapenade
- 4 Chicken fillets
Method

Brush chicken fillets with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Grill fillets at medium heat for approximately 5 minutes, or until cooked.

Warm through the Sweet Red Pepper Tapenade.

Spoon the tapenade over the chicken.

Serve with steamed vegetables.
