Chicken topped with Sweet Red Pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp International Collection Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 x Jar of International Collection Sweet Red Pepper Tapenade
  • 4 Chicken fillets

Method

  1. Brush chicken fillets with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

  2. Grill fillets at medium heat for approximately 5 minutes, or until cooked.

  3. Warm through the Sweet Red Pepper Tapenade.

  4. Spoon the tapenade over the chicken.

  5. Serve with steamed vegetables.
