Grilled Corn on the Cob with Chipotle and Lime Juice

Ingredients

  • 4 large corn on the cobs
  • 2 teaspoons Chipotle Flavored Oil
  • 1 large lime, cut into 4 wedges
  • Grated cheese, optional

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to medium.

  2. Brush the corn with the chipotle oil.

  3. Grill until the corn is tender, about 8 minutes.

  4. Serve each ear of corn with a wedge of lime, and sprinkle with the grated cheese of your choice.
