Grilled Tomatoes with Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients
- 9 large thick slices of ripe tomatoes
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 ½ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Basil leaves
Method

Preheat broiler or barbecue grill.

Brush tomatoes with oil; grill or broil for a couple of minutes.

Brush with balsamic vinegar, serve with basil leaves.
