Grilled Tomatoes with Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 9 large thick slices of ripe tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ½ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Basil leaves

Method

  1. Preheat broiler or barbecue grill.

  2. Brush tomatoes with oil; grill or broil for a couple of minutes.

  3. Brush with balsamic vinegar, serve with basil leaves.
