Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 2x Jars IC Sweet Red Pepper Tapenade
- Large Tortillas
- Monterey Jack Cheese
- Optional: Guacamole and sour cream
Method

Spread half of the tortilla generously with Sweet Red Pepper Tapenade and sprinkle with cheese.

Fold in half and place under the grill for 3-4 minutes.

Cut tortilla into slices and garnish with guacamole and sour cream if desired.
